Doctor STALBERG,

SPECIALIST IN GYNECOLOGY, OBSTETRICS

REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE -

SPECIALIST IN INSTANCES OF INFERTILITY

Born in Germany, Doctor Stalberg obtained her medical degree at the Free University of Berlin in 1982, then came to Geneva to pursue postgraduate training and a specialisation in gynaecology and obstetrics.

Between 1989 and 1995, she was Head of Clinic at the Sterility and Pregnancy and Endocrinology Clinic of Geneva's University Hospitals (HUG), while in parallel managing consultations with adolescents.

She set up in private practice in 1995 and collaborated for several years with the centre for in vitro fertilisation at the Clinique de Champel Elysée in Geneva then with the laboratory for pregnancy and gametes at HUG.

With Drs Fournet Irion, de Candolle and de Boccard, she founded the Centre for Medically Assisted Reproduction at the Clinique Générale-Beaulieu in Geneva in 2005.

Doctor Stalberg is a member of a number of scientific organisations in Switzerland and in Europe (ESHRE). She also sits on the committee of the Swiss Reproductive Medicine Society (SSMR).
